Service Description

During our follow-up consultation, we discuss the initial assessment and the best choice of therapy for you. This will include whether a short or a longer period of treatment is recommended, and we can begin to develop some therapy goals together. If longer-term treatment is the right path for you, we will develop an individualised plan and treatment approach for outcomes that you can develop for self-care. Longer-term clients will have access to the Client Page on my website. This page provides resources that may be helpful for your therapeutic journey and to enable you to work on your wellbeing independently. During our follow up sessions, we will develop a course of action to enable your growth to start you on a process of exploration and change. My therapy is about you and what you need to live your best life. ADDITIONAL INFO Session prices are $150. Government subsidy is available for applicants who meet the criteria to receive ACC counselling or WINZ funds. PRACTICE LOCATIONS Sessions can be held at anyone of the following locations at the same cost. Let me know your location and time preferences when booking.
