My name is Maree Brogden, I am an Auckland based health practitioner who specialises in psychological health for wellbeing. For the past ten years, my career has focused on private practice work to help my clients live their best lives. My approach is kindness-based and we work together to create positive change.

A holistic practise considers the personal needs of every client. I offer a range of tools designed to help you to discover, resolve and bring positive change into your life. I work across the disciplines from traditional healthcare to the arts in psychotherapy. I integrate a psychodynamic treatment approach so that we can work together to find the best fit for you on your journey to your better self.
